Send Loved Ones a Thoughtful Gift Package from Take Care Package!

I (Jennifer) received the "Mommy & Me Love" gift package at no cost to facilitate this review. All opinions are my own.

Gifts are fun to give and receive and I’ve always enjoyed shopping for other people. Though I imagine, I will be getting very short on time when my little boy arrives in October. That's why I am excited to partner with Take Care Package, as they will really help me with giving gifts this holiday season.

Take Care Package is a small company that emotionally connects people from a distance through thoughtful, quality gifts. Their online store provides unique gift sets that are packaged in a sports bag to reduce waste and provide a gift within a gift. They donate 10% of their profits to the Children's Hospital of New Jersey at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center (CHoNJ). Not only can you provide a gift to a loved one, but you are also donating to a good cause.

I really enjoyed the tea sampler. I’ve mostly been drinking water throughout my pregnancy and it was nice to have something with more flavor, that was still caffeine free. I enjoyed having a variety of flavors to choose from and to mix it up. The flavors included Black Cherry Berry, True Blueberry, Wild Berry Zinger, Country Peach Passion and Raspberry Zinger. I liked to switch it up at night and have a cup of tea before bed.

The travel mug was a little skinny, but using a simple dish brush made it a breeze to clean. I used the travel mug for the tea and it kept it hot for a few hours. Even after napping for a few hours (ahhh, pregnancy naps), my tea was still nice and warm after I woke up.

I really enjoyed the candle, though it seemed a little strong when opened. However, upon burning it, it had a nice pleasant scent and it seemed just right.

I look forward to using the blanket to wrap my baby boy in, as it’s so nice and soft. I am actually planning on bringing it to the hospital with me. We're also planning on using the blanket to introduce our sons scent to our dogs. I think if I allowed it, our pug would try to claim the blanket as her own, as she has already tried to steal it a few times, haha.

I can’t wait to read the Nighty-Night book to my little one. I grew up watching Sesame Street and would like to make sure my son does too.

I look forward to playing with the elephant with him, it's so plush and cuddly! There is a fun little rattle inside that I can imagine my little one will really enjoy! I think the sports bag will be perfect for using as the baby’s hospital bag. I will be able to include a few of these items, as well as an outfit to take him home in.

The "Mommy & Me Love" gift package was a great gift! I’ve really enjoyed it and have been looking into potential gifts I can send to people on the Take Care Package website. If I had known about this site last year, I probably would have sent some mani-pedi packages as bridal party gifts. This site can definitely make gift giving a little easier when short on time!
