The War with Grandpa DVD Review!

Robert De Niro is awesome! I can't think of a single movie that he has been in that I didn't like. And this one is no exception! The War with Grandpa is fun for the whole family! In fact, it's one of those movies you can watch over and over again and the laughs keep coming. 

The War with Grandpa has an all-star cast with leading actors such as; Uma Thurman, Rob Riggle, Cheech Marin, Jane Seymour, Laura Marano and Christopher Walken. 

This laugh out loud movie is based on Robert Kimmel Smith’s multi-award-winning beloved children’s book of the same name. The film follows a series of escalating shenanigans that ensue when a grandfather (Robert De Niro) moves in with his daughter, forcing his grandson to begrudgingly give up his beloved bedroom. This movie is packed with heart and hysterical hijinks from start to finish.

Sixth-grader Peter (Fegley) is pretty much your average kid—he likes gaming, hanging with his friends and his beloved pair of Air Jordans. But when his recently widowed grandfather Ed (De Niro) moves in with Peter's family, the boy is forced to give up his most prized possession of all, his bedroom. Unwilling to let such an injustice stand, Peter devises a series of increasingly elaborate pranks to drive out the interloper, but Grandpa Ed won't go without a fight. This movie would make a great gift this holiday season! We laughed and had a great time watching it. Be on the lookout for it's DVD and Blu-ray release on December 22, 2020! It's Rated PG (for Rude humor, language, and some thematic elements) and has a Run Time of 1 Hour 34 Minutes. Let the battle begin!! :)
